With a 22-foot high wine rack and bar, it's clear that The Boiler House takes beverages seriously! Master bartenders are unfazed with any cocktail request ... from a Dirty Martini to a Side Car ... they'll create it. There are specialty beers on tap as well as a number of vintage wines available by the glass and bottle service is available on the patio. There is an extensive wine list of domestic and imported vintages as well as champagnes and sparkling wines from around the world. The Boiler House also offers a sizable collection of single malts ... all in keeping with its beginnings as one of the world's most famous distilleries.

Okanagan Spring 1516
The decree states that only four ingredients can be used when making beer: barley, hops, yeast and water. The result is a lager with a crisp finish and a rich golden colour. 5% alcohol

Okanagan Spring Pale Ale
Clear and copper coloured, it is fruity on the palate and hearty in hops with a nice, round finish. We are honoured that Pale Ale continues to be BC’s, most popular craft brew. 5% alcohol
